  • Custom-mixed products
  • Clearance items

Return Period

You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. To ensure the best possible service, please note:

  • All returns must be initiated within the 30-day period
  • Products must be in their original condition and packaging
  • A proof of purchase is required for all returns
  • Seasonal items may have different return periods, which will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase

Return Process

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
  4. Package your return securely with the RAN clearly marked
  5. Ship the item back or bring it to our store

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund:

  • Original payment method will be refunded within 5-7 business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Store credit options are available and never expire
  • Bulk order returns may be subject to a restocking fee

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • We will arrange for return shipping at our expense
